Not just Churchill, what about Clem, Llloyd-George, Pitt and Gladstone?

I've been saying this for a while, and people just laugh, but Blair's legislation is the sort of thing Hitler implemented - the Home Secretary deciding prison sentences? Didn't Himler have that power too?

But people say that we live in such a stable political environment that these sorts of laws are safe - they're not. Even if this gevoernment uses them sparingly, it doesn't mean another government won't.
